DMAAP MR/DR configuration when provisioned through DCAE-Controller and DMAAP Buscontroller will be stored in consul with structure defined here - https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/MicroServices+Onboarding+in+ONAP#MicroServicesOnboardinginONAP-SampleDRconfigurationstructure

Its important for the blueprint created to conform to this structure (Refere VES blueprint - https://git.onap.org/dcaegen2/platform/blueprints/tree/blueprints/k8s-ves.yaml-template).

Configbinding API invocation would retrieve dmaap configuration based on sample structure noted. Application can retrieve this configuration and parse into required properties/files internally before loading it. 

Update DFC to support parsing of this structure to load the required dmaap configuration parameters.
