Enhance routing in VES - support stndDefinedNamespace based routing

      Update routing configuration in VES:

      1. Extend the existing routing capabilities to route based on stndDefinedNamespace property value
      2. "Namespace" based routing only in case of stndDefined domain
      3. Extend logging and error handling to support cases, where stndDefined domain is set, but stndDefinedNamespace is absent (or improper value configured).
