E2E Network Slicing: Closed Loop Control (Slice Analysis mS)

This user story is for necessary enhancements in DCAE for (simple) Closed Loop Control - NSI resource optimization in Guilin release. It covers the introduction of a new Slice Analysis MS which shall be responsible for functions such as:

(a) Analyzing the PM/KPI data reported on DMaaP (by PM Mapper MS)

(b) Determining whether to trigger an optimization of resources for NSI/NSSI.

(c) Determining resource re-allocation for NSI/NSSI (based on (b)) - a rule-based approach shall be followed, involvement of OOF shall be a stretch goal

(d) Access AAI/Config DB to fetch the inventory details

In Guilin release, additional KPIs shall not be requested by Slice Analysis MS towards PM Mapper. So it has to get the required info posted by PM Mapper on DMaaP. Further, it may have to store the necessary details for analysis locally in a DB.
