This user story is for the enhancements to PM Mapper service for KPI computations. The KPI computation functionality shall do the following:

(a) Read PM data extracted by the current PM Mapper

(b) Fetch details of KPIs to be computed, formula and data sources, etc. from Config Policies

(c) Fetch inventory details from AAI for knowing NF-mapping/NSI/NSSI/S-NSSAI details

(d) Compute KPIs and post them on DMaaP (VES format). For this, a local cache may be required to wait for PM data from ALL relevant NFs during a performance reporting interval

Beyond Guilin, it will be decided whether to create a new MS or continue the existing implementation in PM Mapper MS. Further, it should be possible to trigger the KPI computations on demand beyond Guilin.
