genprocessor (MOD) java upgrade

      Due to end of support for Java 8, SECCOM recommends all ONAP projects to complete migration from Java 8 to Java 11,(the next long term support (LTS) version) in Guilin.

       Project code/dependencies/ci-build job must be updated for java11

       

      During Guilin release, it was noted that Dockerfiles for the NiFi images, (nifi-docker/dockerhub/Dockerfile nifi-docker/dockermaven/Dockerfile nifi-docker/dockermaven-stateless/Dockerfile nifi-toolkit/nifi-toolkit-assembly/docker/Dockerfile) are all using Java 8 as base images.  Nifi may "support" Java 11, but that's not what they are building or running with and, therefore, "processors" built by genprocessor must also be built with Java 8. 

      Hence MOD-genprocessor was  excepted from the Java 11 upgrade  in Guilin release because NiFi does not yet have a java 11 distribution.

      This Jira is track upgrade for future release
