The reason for that is most probably use of older image of healthcheck container:
image: onap/org.onap.dcaegen2.deployments.healthcheck-container:2.0.0
instead of:
image: onap/org.onap.dcaegen2.deployments.healthcheck-container:2.1.0
Also, the healthcheck is not verified by gating explicitly.
