DCAE Healthcheck is frequently failing in CI

In CI master/honolulu, the DCAE HC is frequently failing

we got a 500 very regularly and it is most of the time the only error (sometimes we got also holmes or OOF)

is it an installation issue, would it be possible to consolidate the test if the issue is linked to the test? or the deployment if it is the deployment?

I know that a major refactoring is planned for Istanbul, if so maybe it makes sense to temporarily disable the test, what is your view?
