Description
We are facing those issue with granularityPeriod in PM Mapper output -> granularityPeriod value contains endTime from the first measInfo element of PM Bulk File but should contain the duriation, regarding the VES 7.1 schema (domain: pref3gpp).
Also we propose some enhancment under (attachment): https://jira.onap.org/browse/DCAEGEN2-2874
