DL Admin UI access via HTTPS

      During Helm migration (https://gerrit.onap.org/r/c/oom/+/123014) it was observered the current DL-ADMIN UI is exposing http port via nodeport. Per SECCOM complaince, all external access must be using HTTPS protocol.

      Current AdminUI webserver is based of NGINX and using port 8088/http; configurable optiont to switch to HTTPS should be added for deployment.
