PRH micro-service

      The PRH (PNF Registration Handler) needs to be introduced within DCAE platform.
      This service will orchestrate the PNF Registration flow:

      1. Subscribes to PNFRegistration DMaaP topic
      2. Queries the AAI to confirm, that a PNF instance has ben pre-provisioned; updates teh OAM-IP-Addresses
      3. Notifies other ONAP services, with details of a new, freshly registered PNF

      The AAI query is based on a concatenation of the device vendor code and its SerialNumber, which is used as a PNF-ID in the AAI.
