As VES standard evolves, collector will be required to support multiple VES version in parallel.  The schema validation is done based on ves api version events are sent.

To mitigate the VES upgrade issue for DCAE application, I want the collector to support following features

1. Transform event coming in 5.x to 7.x  (for newer clients) & post into new topic (configurable)
2. Transform event coming in 7.x to 5.x  (for existing clients) & post into existing topic (configurable)

This requires incoming event be cloned and transformed and posted into configurable topics based on output version.
