HV-VES domain update

      Per Marge/Alok, the domain supported by hv-ves collector has changed to  "perf3GPP" from "hvMeas" based on latest VES spec (attached email contains latest spec).

       

      HV-VES collector (and simulators) should be updated to support the new domain.

       

      As the new spec will officially released post R3 and NF operators are expected to follow, the bug fix will ensure ONAP collectors are ready to suppor them.
