DMaaP Data Router is using the tag latest without an explicit version number in the docker-manifest-staging.csv and docker-manifest.csv. this will lead to problem as we move to new releases.
Specifically datarouter-node and datarouter-prove need to refer to an explicit version number.
for staging it can be 1.X.X-STAGING-latest like some of the other components listed in the file.
