In current dmaap properties template default aaf.URL is set to:

https://aaf-onap-test.osaaf.org:8095

which points to test environment (ip for aaf-onap-test.osaaf.org is set it container /etc/hosts).

However this points to locator service which is running on port 8095, which is fine target for CADI initialization (as cadi uses locator service to retrieve valid aaf-service endpoint), but here we use this as a target service url (aaf-service) in the DMaaP-BC code, and aaf service runs by default on port 8100.

Therefore this default value should be changed respectively.
(Or if  the idea is to retrieve service instance from locator service -> then dmaap-bc code for  AafService instantiation should be changed)

On K8S env  when someone wants to use local AAF instance these services are defined as:
(for CADI properties file) aaf_locate_url:  https://aaf-locate.onap:8095
(for dmaap.properties file) aaf.URL : https://aaf-service.onap:8100
