Excuse me，I want to try to set the resource quota of containers by using requests and limits ，but  I do not know how to get the value of resource that the container used actually .

As shown in the screenshot，I find the value of resource is already defined in the values.yaml ，so，how do you get the  value of resource ? such as the requests，is it  related to business pressure ?
