[MR][STRIMZI] Analyse Strimzi as a long-term solution for DMaaP Kafka LCM and REST API

      The Strimzi project Strimzi - Apache Kafka on Kubernetes provides a mechanism to run Apache Kafka on Kubernetes in various configurations. It has built-in security, configurability and simplicity and has an active community.

      It also provides a REST API Strimzi Kafka Bridge Documentation (0.19.0) which simplifies integrating HTTP based client applications with a Kafka cluster. You can use the API to create and manage consumers and send and receive records over HTTP rather than the native Kafka protocol.

      This task is to analyse Strimzi as a potential option for the deployment of Kafka as part of ONAP, and as a potential replacement for the MR
