As part of the DMaaP deployment procedure, it is needed to set-up 2 additional DMaaP topics, that are required for PNF PnP case to work:

1. PNF_REGISTRATION
This topic corresponds to the "pnfRegistration" domain defined in VES 6.0.
It is expected, that the VES collector will be publishing "pnfRegistration" events in this topic, similar as for other topics, like Fault, Measurements, Heartbeat,...

2. PNF_READY
This topic will be used to publish the "PNF_READY" events generated by the PNF REgistration Handler service in the DCAE platform. In principle, there could be different subscrbers to this DMaaP topic (e.g. ONAP/SO workflows, external inventory applications).

The static set-up of these topics is needed due to platform-like nature of the PRH.
