[MR] AAI Model Loader stops working after a DMaaP Message Router restart

      After a restart of the DMaaP Message Router the AAI Model Loader stops polling the topic SDC-DISTR-NOTIF-TOPIC-AUTO.
      Only after a restart it continues to work.
