Observed on the resilience test environment in SB01 which was a Release environment deployed yesterday.

Description

Deleting the dmaap-message-router-zookeeper pod causes vFWCL to fail, and it never automatically recovered. The vFWCL was only recovered after the dmaap-message-router pod was manually deleted.

To reproduce: set up vFWCL, and delete the dmaap-message-router-zookeeper pod.
