ReadTheDocs links to Confluence fail to adhere to moved pages - require Jenkins link validation job

      Pages are frequently renamed and moved in confluence - this is usually handled by forwarding URLs.

      We need a strategy to automatically detect/fix these in ReadTheDocs content

      Are we running a Jenkins job that navigates all the links and reports on broken ones?
