Improve the End to End Tutorial by:

• Aligning existing tutorial where possible with content developed for ONAP University courses
• Identifying target audiences or user role for different sections of the existing tutorial
• Creating templates to standardize what is provided by other projects/committees and/or what is covered in a section of the tutorial
• Reference (with links) other release documentation (use case sequence diagrams, data models, apis, etc) rather than duplicating or creating in the tutorial

This description will be refined and "tasks issues" added  at or before a meeting with the ONAP University project on 7/31.
