In Dublin (also Casablanca) the Control Loop Design phase is handled by DCAE-DS and not Clamp.
Therefor the DCAE-DS guide needs to be added/referenced in the "Control Loop Design"
The configuration and deployment description of Clamp must be moved to:
"User Guide - Service Deployment"
