Update Service Design to new SDC version

      The new SDC in Frankfurt changes the Service Design and Distribution steps.

      a) only Designer role is needed for Service Design and Distribution

      b) Testing, Gouvenour, Operator role removed

      c) Design steps habe been removed and UI has changed

      Therefor the E2E User Guide for Service Design has to be changed accordingly
