There are multiple issues seen recently in the read the docs pages.

• Missing the page navigation links on top of each page.
• Once you go inside a component, the left navigation has no option to go back.
• Documents are only opening in certain portion of the browser screen. Not utilizing the full screen mode.
• Many of the pages are not able to load the swagger file links.
• In some pages the content is getting trimmed at certain point.
• Broken link in Policy Life Cycle API page for the example in Github link. Current protocol is "hhttps" but it is expected to be "https".
