For Users perspective if they wanted to setup ONAP on AWS, so we need to provide instructions for setting up RKE cluster on AWS from scratch.

We have come across and documented the procedure and steps on how to create and use AWS environment for setting up RKE cluster that could be used to host ONAP
This will provide the instructions on how to create AWS instances & setup a Highly-Available Kubernetes Cluster using RKE. We will attach the document.
