Incorrect docker image versions in HEAT deployment

      In the HEAT daily build (master branch), the following wrong docker image versions are running on onap-nbi VM:

      10.12.5.2:5000/onap/externalapi/nbi:latest

      Please fix the HEAT deployment scripts to respect the following values set in the HEAT template:

      • nbi_docker: 2.0.0
