Scenario is: network service instantiation flow for CNF

Option 1: In the design time if designer selects ‘skip_post_instantiation_configuration’ attribute as ‘TRUE’ then we have to pass "k8s-rb-profile-name": "default" attribute in the SO payload

Option2: In the design time if designer selects ‘skip_post_instantiation_configuration’ attribute as ‘FALSE then we don’t have to pass any k8s-rb-profile in the SO payload. Because now CDS will play the role of setting the profiles for k8s.
