Bumping priority to High.
Currently only R1 Holmes images have been released (v1.0.0). They do not work any more for R2. DCAE has been deploying Holmes "latest" containers.

Holmes R2 docker images must be released and manifest updated.

Please update the docker tag declarations in the version-manifest/src/main/resources
/docker-manifest.csv file of the "Integration" repo, for both rule-mgmt and engine-mgmt containers.

Because this file is used to generate the Heat template env file in Integration CICD testing, not having the correct tags will cause wrong docker container to be deployed and fail healthcheck.
