Provide partial robot automation of common steps used in k8s vFW demo

    Description

      Typical ONAP demo requires launching robot init script before work, so that some common objects can be initialized including SDC models uploaded prior to further work.

      K8s demo also requires launching mentioned script, however `robot init` requires openstack parameters to work properly. This task expects to create another robot script (tag), that would aggregate steps for ONAP initialization in terms of CNF deployment but without need for openstack parameters.
