vcpe.py needs to remove whitepace from network_name

Manaully onboarded models can get an extra space before BRG_BNG that when used by cvpe.py to create the network_name and subnet_name causes a validation error in openstack.

.replace() to remove the extra spaces in soutils.py and any other routines
