Heatbridge Tag fails on null key for ${vnf}

demo-k8s.sh - fails on heatbridge for vCPEvGMUX

old syntax :

demo sets service_instance_id in HB_SERVICE_INSTANCE_ID variable. Heatbridge resource is expecting HB_VNF
I think HB_VNF needs to be vCPEvGMUX for the new service mapping to work and not sure if HB_SERVICE_INSTANCE_ID is used anywhere
