Creating helper script to build robot (onap/testsuite) image directly from testsuites git repo.

Currently robot image building steps are hidden in Jenkins job and it's confusing from user perspective to know the content of image as not all code is in git.

Create build_docker.sh script that can be used also from Jenkins to build the Robot image.
