reproduce steps:
1. log in Intel open lab and clone integration latest code base in jump server
2. run commands below:
2.1 cd deployment/heat/onap-rke/scripts/
2.2 source ../env/windriver/Integration-SB-02-openrc
2.3 ./deploy.sh -n 9 -s lding7 -q /home/liang_ding/integration/deployment/heat/onap-rke/env/windriver/onap-oom.env
3. VM instances was created, but got error logs:
