Create a demonstration based on a real opensrouce VNF like DANOS

1. Create an image of DANOS that supports VES
2. Create instructions for:
   • building the DANOS image with VES support from DANOS binaries
   • Configuring the Flavor and uploading the DANOS image
3. Create heat templates for vFWCL with DANOS (vFWCLDN)
4. Create service_mapping and preload_data for vFWCLDN
5. Create configuration scripts for netconf from SDNC to a DANOS vRouter
6. Demonstrate onboard, instantiate and closed loop with DANOS vRouter instead of existing ONAP vFW
