      RAN-Sim can generate CM VES messages. The task is to update/modify the RAN-Sim CM VES message as needed so that the CM VES message has all the information needed to update the configuration state in CPS DB for a configuration change made in the SON use case, which can be a change to a pci property (in NRCellDU) or a cell-neighbor relation property (in NRCellCU).
