Story:
AS: An ONAP developer/operator
I WANT TO: be able to build small and efficient aai-cacher container image
SO THAT: I can verify my changes in minutes OR deploy ONAP more rapidly and efficiently
For the aai-cacher image, follow best practices and Dockerfile template defined by the container images project in order to:
-Choose an optimal base image: small and cpu platform agnostic (i.e. an Alpine Linux base image)
-Use Dockerfile instructions that minimizes the number of layers
-Remove external libraries and dependencies that are not required at runtime
