Create two vIPSEC sample VNFs

One that levarages AES-NI

• Using strongswan
• That uses AES-NI
• Create HEAT template
• Bring two IPSEC VMs with openstack
• Test site-to-site tunnel 

Second one that leverages QAT.

• Do site-to-site tunnel testing.

Use ONAP to do the same.

Then use HPA feature to ensure that VMs are placed on the right hardware nodes.
