Convert Servicemappings.py to dyanamic loading so that new Service/VNF models could be added without having to make coding changes in robot.
1. service_mapping.py creates python dictionaries keyed by service for the variaous parameters needed for model onboarding and instantiation.
2. These dictionaries should be created by reading data from the VNF model directories.
3. VNF templates are in the demo repository so it makes sense to add service/VNF specific data a new sub-directories to the demo repo.
4. robot would read these directories at instantiation to create the dictionary values mapping from service to vnf heat template directory, neutron networks, nf_role/nf_type, etc.
