Story:
AS: An ONAP developer/operator
I WANT TO: be able to build small and efficient Policy container images
SO THAT: I can verify my changes in minutes OR deploy ONAP more rapidly and efficiently
For each container image delivered by the Policy project, follow best practices and Dockerfile template defined by the container images project in order to:
-Choose an optimal base image: small and cpu platform agnostic (i.e. an Alpine Linux base image)
-Use Dockerfile instructions that minimizes the number of layers
-Remove external libraries and dependencies that are not required at runtime
