I am seeing violations (in this case pInterfaceList) where the AAI context has lockedBoolean set to true and nd context has the same value

However, I see the violation below: 

Note: I have in each context, I have 2 pInterfaces on the pnf.  

AAI: both lockedBoolean is true

ND: 1 is true, the other is missing. 

if the value is missing in one context, and is available in teh other, then I do not expect to see this violation.  Looks like the 'false' here is being picked up from another entity?
