When entry_timestamp isn't set in the MDC, we throw an error when trying to parse it. Instead, log a warning and set a default value to elapsedTime. These updates should be done in MDCSetup in the logging library.

Update: Default value for elapsedTime is not set as in certain scenarios entry_timestamp is null which causes an exception. The log line will be invalid regardless of whether or not elapsedTime is set.
