      Card 

      As a tester, I need a way to run RI examples, and Docker is easiest. 

      Conversation

      Package LOG-115 and LOG-116 so that a working example can be brought up in a Docker container, tests run, output examined, etc.

      This should be a standalone container. No external dependencies, no K8S, no Filebeat.
