Provision running ELK templates for the Kibana dashboard (out of the box for LOG-134)

    Description

      After LOG-134 has uploaded and documented the ELK stack configuration specific to getting the dashboards working - provision them by retrofitting the config pod for the onap-log namespace.

      • the kibana dashboards are fully functional after an ONAP install (no manual config)
