General Description 

Currently, the POMBA micro services are not deployed via OOM.  This user story is written to get all the MS in question to be deploy-able via OOM and on K8S in public ONAP.  The goal of this task is to get the micro services deploy-able and testable in ONAP

Ability to build and automate deployment aligns this feature/microservices with other deployments in ONAP

Acceptance Criteria 

• All the POMBA MS are installed on K8S using OOM (which includes the following)
• Health Check is passing
• LinuxFoundation build docker build/merge jobs are up and running
• NEXUS3 has the versioned docker images ready for deployment
• The manifest is updated with the current version IDs
• Code coverage/sonar results 
• License headers
• Security story for node-ports
