As a consumer of POMBA output I would like POMBA DCAE Context Builder to interface to DCAE via the Context Aggregator so that it is aligned to the infrastructure implemented for interfacing to SDNC, SDC and AAI.

General Information

The POMBA project is meant to be a general platform feature and as such, it needs to have separation from the existing validation or context aggregation microservices. In other words, we want to continue to buildout the pluggable system for context builders started in previous release. These plugins that can be dropped into the Context Aggregation service will be responsible for insulating it from the complexity of pulling data and massaging it into a way that the rule processor can easily reason about.

 This story concerns itself with building out the microservice that will be used to pull information from DCAE and provide it to the validation service via the Contecxt Aggregator. The actual functionality of pulling the data from DCAE, however, is not part of this story.

 Value

The mechanism to pull data from DCAE is abstracted away from the validation service itself, allowing for plugin based access to the DCAE APIs.
