OOM Sprint 9 - Beijing freeze
Guys, while testing Kubernetes 1.8.6 for OOM-522 noticed that the CD server has the same issues under SDNC

Actually we are good on a clean 1.8.6 server - we may need to avoid 1.8.4 - verifying
