Expose LOG Volume via /dockerdata-nfs (temporary)

      The Logging project is in mid-implementation, we need to expose the primary logs for the upcoming ELK stack for any pod that does not already map a volume to the shared file system on the host.

      In the future we will likely use a persistent volume - for now we just need the logs outside of the containers (as we wait for the ELK pods) - currently we are using non-k8s ELK processes on the host

      See SDC-BE for a prototype of log exposure

      Will also need a mkdir line in config-init.sh

       

      Deprecated by OOM-110 and OOM-112 but we still need to expose logs for non-ELK implementations
