Issue: devops work bringing the aai/validation repo up to date with the seed code below
see LOG-427 for the base seed code

This will primarily involve add the info.yaml to the repo and adding extra build jobs in a new yaml off the jjb/aai folder in ci-management
It may involve creating a new tab in jenkins - as some projects like aai and sdc break out each microservice in a tab - but other projects like logging-analytics and appc - put all their jobs in one tab
