In LOG-701, the AAI Context Builder was updated so that the uuid it provided was the service instance ID. This allowed Network Discovery Context Builder and AAI Context Builder to have consistent values.

However, with that, the SDC Context Builder is now using a different value for uuid. POMBA's uuid attribute will, for all builders, be the service instance ID.
