POMBA/ND: Service Decomposition's AAI config points to 127.0.0.1

      When the Network Discovery Context Builder is invoked the Service Decomposition service is used to decompose the service under audit, Service Decomposition actually tries connecting to itself due to a misconfiguration in the properties file.
